"The apartment ist very new, very clean and nice and lovely decorated. It is in the heart of the city and close to everything you need. We are absolutely in love with the area of La Spezia. So wonderful little citys like Portovenere in the near and beautiful landscapes. Fosco was the perfect host. Very friendly and he knows a lot of the area around La Spezia. " Non potevamo desiderare di meglio per il nostro soggiorno; sin dalla prenotazione il proprietario dell’appartamento, Fosco, ci ha gentilmente offerto la sua disponibilità per ogni nostra esigenza. La posizione è ottima per visitare le 5 terre, a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione passando anche per il centro storico e la fermata dell’autobus a due passi per visitare Lerici e Porto Venere. La pulizia eccellente e l’ambiente molto confortevole, come sentirsi a casa. Una struttura gestita con efficienza e con cura. Super consigliata "

" L'host si è dimostrato molto disponibile e tutti i consigli che ci ha dato sulle località da visitare e i locali da provare si sono rivelati azzeccatissimi. La struttura è in posizione ottima, nel centro della città e vicina a tutto. Anche il parcheggio gratuito è a soli 5 minuti a piedi, così come la stazione fondamentale per raggiungere le 5 Terre in treno. La casa è molto confortevole e pulita ed è dotata di tutto il necessario! "

Il proprietario è stato super gentile, ha lasciato un kit di benvenuto e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie a rendere il nostro weekend memorabile. La casa è posta in una posizione ideale, vicinissima al centro. Il check in è stato fluido e veloce! "

" Fosco era sempre molto disponibile e ci ha dato tante dritte sulla zona (spiagge, ristoranti, cose da visitare). Siamo pure arrivate molto tardi e ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di vino, frutta e un pesto! Ottima posizione, parcheggio privato, tutto raggiungibile a piedi, appartamento arredato con gusto."

" Je recommande vivement ce studio très agréable et super bien placé au coeur de la ville de la Spezia .Un grand marché pittoresque est à 1 minute du logement . Ce studio est tout neuf , décoré avec gout , la salle de bain toute neuve est très jolie , et la cuisine rationnelle , bien équipée . Bonne literie , bon éclairage , tout est parfait pour un court ou un long séjour . Wifi internet parfait . Accueil très sympathique d' autant que je me suis trompée de jour d'arrivée ! Le patron est charmant , à la totale disposition de ses clients pour rendre le séjour agréable . une bouteille de vin vous est offerte ... Vraiment , une très bonne adresse et bon rapport qualité / prix ."
